Joe is an asset protection and estate planning attorney
who has practiced law for 20 years. He graduated from Western Illinois
University in Macomb, Illinois in 1978 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree
in communications. In 1982, Joe graduated from Southern Illinois University
School of Law in Carbondale, Illinois. He is licensed to practice law
in both Arizona and Illinois. He is admitted to practice law in all Arizona
state and federal courts and the United States Tax Court.
Joe is committed to leadership in innovative estate planning techniques, and dedicated to helping families, preserving wealth, and perpetuating philanthropy. Joe is dedicated to promoting improvement in substantive law, legal education and ethical guidelines in serving senior citizens. Also, he is a founding member of Wealthcounsel, a national group of estate planning attorneys, the Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona and the College of Estate Planning Attorneys. Joe is also the co-author of the book "Advanced Estate Planning Techniques in Arizona," published by the National Business Institute in 2004. Joe represents clients in all matters involving asset protection, estate planning, tax planning, revocable living trusts, wills, incapacity, guardianships, conservatorship, and elder law. Joe's office also represents consumers and small businesses in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. His website Arizona Debt Relief has information about filing bankruptcy in Arizona. Joe plays guitar, is a "fairly good" golfer and
an amateur magician. He and his wife Marcia have one daughter, Megan,
